Monique C. Baisden
Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant

Monique C. Baisden is a visionary servant-leader, connector, solutionist, storyteller, and advocate whose work is centered on helping people, organizations, and communities move from purpose and possibility to meaningful action.

Known as “The Purpose Extractor”, Monique has a unique ability to extract purpose from people, possibilities from ideas, solutions from problems, and pathways from unclear situations. She often describes herself as someone who “sees solutions where everyone else sees problems.” As a visionary and solutionist, she conceptualizes, develops, and presents solutions designed to address complex needs and create meaningful opportunities for people and communities.

As a connector, Monique has spent years bringing people, resources, organizations, and opportunities together for purposeful collaboration. She previously founded and moderated Purpose-Driven Godchasers, a Facebook community for Christian entrepreneurs, creatives, and working professionals, where she connected members to business and industry opportunities, mentors, purpose partners, and potential collaborators while promoting their businesses, creative projects, and events. Through Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group, she continues this work by connecting career services clients to employment and professional development opportunities. She also creates and hosts networking experiences, including “Networking with a Purpose” and “Dining with a Purpose,” designed to connect people with potential employers, purpose partners, entrepreneurs, creatives, and collaborators.

Monique’s professional foundation was built through years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, career services, and workforce development. Her career journey began at the corporate office of The Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained foundational experience supporting human resources, staffing, and recruiting functions at one of the world’s most recognized Fortune 500 companies. She later expanded her expertise through resume development and career coaching at BluePrint Resumes and Consulting, working alongside certified resume writers to help professionals position themselves for career opportunities. Her career services experience continued at the Art Institute of Atlanta, where she supported graduates as they navigated their professional journeys after college.

Driven by purpose and a servant-leader’s heart, Monique launched Day One Staffing Agency, which later evolved into CareerPath Advisors, her resume development and career coaching consulting company. These experiences helped shape her understanding of how people, careers, organizations, and opportunities intersect.

As an advocate, Monique is passionate about serving those whom the Bible calls “the least of these,” including people experiencing homelessness and poverty, the elderly, and those whose voices are often overlooked, marginalized, or underrepresented. Her advocacy also includes family caregivers, as she served as a family caregiver to her parents for a total of 13 years. Through her creative work, consulting, partnerships, and collaborations with nonprofit organizations, foundations, faith-based organizations, and other community partners, she seeks to help develop solutions that address real-world needs.

Monique’s professional and educational background reflects the intersection of people, communication, leadership, purpose, and service. She graduated summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and holds a Master of Arts in Communications and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is also a Certified Life Coach, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Christian Coach through Breakthrough Coaching & Leadership Academy, an ICI-certified training program.

At the heart of Monique’s work is a simple, but powerful belief:

Meaningful change happens when people, ideas, resources, and opportunities are aligned and brought together on purpose and for a purpose.
