Monique C. Baisden is a Certified Professional Coach, Educator, and Career Development Consultant known as "The Purpose Extractor". She is known as "The Purpose Extractor" because she knows that every person carries purpose, and she has the gift of identifying and extracting purpose from the people and organizations to which she is called.
Monique knows that she is called to be an advocate and a change agent to her community and the world. Her business, Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group, is an extension of her calling, and exists to provide services to, and on behalf of, the voiceless, the underrepresented, the displaced, and those whom the Bible calls "the least of these".
With over 14 years of business ownership experience, 8 years of experience in private and public schools and higher education, and a human resources, recruiting, and staffing career that began at The Home Depot corporate office, Monique brings a multifaceted professional background to every client she serves. This background is what shaped her career development expertise.
Monique graduated summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Master of Arts in Communications and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Christian Coach through the Breakthrough Coaching and Leadership Academy, an ICI-accredited program.

Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group develops and delivers customized career development workshops on resume development, LinkedIn strategy, interviewing, job search strategy, professional branding, and workplace readiness, giving participants tools they can use immediately.
Since the inception of Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group, we have constantly been approached by clients who need our services, but simply cannot afford them. The majority of our clients come from minority and underserved populations and are rebuilding or transitioning in their careers, as they have been affected by layoffs, workforce reductions, unfortunate life events or unexpected circumstances.
We created this sponsorship initiative so that anyone who believes in the power of helping people to find gainful employment can sponsor career development services on behalf of a job seeker who needs help.
