Every engagement begins with a free resume review and a free Discovery Call to identify the types of roles you want, followed by a resume revamp, LinkedIn optimization, and strategic job applications submitted on your behalf.

During your Discovery Call, we will discuss your career development needs and your consultant will recommend the services that
best fit your sepcific career development needs.
Step 3: Submit Payment
After the Discovery Call, if you are a job seeker, you will receive an invoice. If you are an organization, you will receive a contract that will need to be signed and a payment link that will need to be paid upfront in order for services to begin.
Step 4: Services Begin
Once payment is received, the work begins. Individual clients receive a clear timeline for their deliverables, and organizations are scheduled for on-site or virtual career development services.
