Here is our sinple 3-Step Process:
STEP 1: Alignment Call with Human Resources Representative
Our team will meet with your Human Resources Manager or preferred point of contact to understand your workforce changes, impacted roles, and desired level of support for departing employees.
STEP 2: Development of Customized Contractual Agreement
After discussing your organization's budget and outplacement needs, we develop a customized contractual agreement.
STEP 3: One-on-One Services with Impacted Employees
Once the payment for the contract is secured, our team will begin working one-on-one with your departing employees, providing transitional career coaching, resume development, and LinkedIn profile optimization services to support their next career move.
Transitional Career Coaching
When employees are facing a layoff or workforce change, they need more than a checklist. Through one‑on‑one coaching, I help them process what’s happening, clarify what’s next, and create a plan they can actually act on. Together, we talk through their goals, strengths, and options so they feel supported, and not alone, in their next step.
Outplacement Career Services

Upon completion of the resumes and LinkedIn profiles, I provide practical guidance and next steps to help the departing employees to prepare for interviews, communicate their value, and navigate the job search process.

Career Coaching
Sometimes you need more than a polished resume and an optimized LinkedIn profile. Sometimes you may also need help with learning how to interview well. As a Certified Professional Coach and Career Coach, this is where I come in and coach you and conduct mock interviews with you to help you adequately prepare for forthcoming job interviews with ease and confidence.

Once I receive your payment, I will send you a link where you can securely and safely upload your resume and/or cover letter, and share your LinkedIn profile, as well as, share your usernames and passwords for Indeed and LinkedIn (for LinkedIn profile optimization and job application services).
During your Discovery Call, please be prepared to discuss your current role and target roles or industries. I will recommend the services that best fit your needs.
After the call, you’ll receive an invoice that will need to be paid in order for services to begin.

Monique C. Baisden
Founder, Certified Professional Coach, Career Coach, Outplacement Services Consultant
Known as “The Purpose Extractor” for her gift and ability to help her clients to identify and navigate their purpose, Monique C. Baisden is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Christian Coach, and Career Coach whose work is grounded in a deep sense of purpose and calling. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Clark Atlanta University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University.
Monique's career journey in human resources, recruiting, and staffing began at the corporate office of The Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained foundational experience as human resources, staffing, and recruiting support professional at one of the world's most recognized Fortune 500 companies. She went on to sharpen her expertise in resume development and career coaching at BluePrint Resumes and Consulting, working alongside certified resume writers to help professionals put their best foot forward. Her career services experience expanded further through her work at the Art Institute of Atlanta, where she supported graduates in navigating their professional journeys after college ended.
Driven by purpose and a servant-leader's heart, Monique launched Day One Staffing Agency 14 years ago, which later evolved into CareerPath Advisors, her resume development and professional coaching practice. As the Founder of Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group, she leads with strategy, heart, compassion, and wisdom and brings that same spirit to every client engagement.
