For individual job seekers and career changers, we offer resume development, LinkedIn profile optimization, career coaching, mock interviewing, and job application services.
We also extend our career development services to churches, nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, and real estate developers of affordable and supportive housing communities. For these organizations, we design and deliver workshops and presentations that equip the people they serve with practical career tools. Additionally, we develop customized service offerings beyond workshops and presentations to meet the specific needs of each church, organization,
or community we serve.

Whether you need a resume built from the ground up or a strategic refresh of what you already have, I develop resumes that clearly communicate your experience, strengths, accomplishments, and career direction. I strategically align your experience with your target roles while highlighting the value you bring to prospective employers.
LinkedIn Profile Optimization
Your LinkedIn profile is your digital first impression, and it should work for you even when you are not actively searching for a job. I will create a professional LinkedIn banner aligned with your personal and/or professional brand and strategically strengthen your profile so it communicates your expertise, supports your career goals, and positions you effectively in front of recruiters and decision-makers.
Career Development Workshops
I provide engaging, practical career development workshops that equip individuals and groups with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate their careers with greater clarity and confidence. Topics may include career readiness, resume development, LinkedIn strategy, interviewing, job search strategy, professional branding, workplace readiness, and professional development.
Career Coaching
I provide practical career education and coaching based on my experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, and career services. I teach you how to strategically manage your resume, use AI tools for future updates, identify and connect with recruiters and hiring managers, and communicate with decision-makers to help you get your foot in the door.

With my job application services, I take the application process off your plate by researching and applying to relevant opportunities on your behalf. We begin with a resume review and discovery call to clarify your career goals, target roles, and job search strategy. Before applications begin, I ensure your resume and LinkedIn profile are positioned to accurately and strategically present your experience.
Mock Interviewing
A polished resume can open the door, but a strong interview can help you walk through it. Through one-on-one mock interviews and coaching, I help you prepare for forthcoming interviews, strengthen your responses, communicate your value, and approach the interview process with greater confidence and ease.

Step 2: Discovery Call
During your Discovery Call, please be prepared to discuss your workforce or career services needs. I will recommend the services that best fit your needs.
Step 3: Submit Payment
After the Discovery Call, if you are a job seeker, you will receive an invoice, and if you are an organization, you will receive a contract that will need to be signed and a payment link that will need to be paid upfront in order for services to begin.
Step 4: Services Begin
Once I receive your payment, I will either begin working on your services and provide you with an estimated time frame of completion or I will coordinate schedule to perform workforce development, career coaching, training, and/or professional development services at your church, college/university, housing community, or nonprofit organization.
