Monique C. Baisden is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Christian Coach, and Principal Consultant who is known as "The Purpose Extractor". She has become known by this name as she has years of experience identifying and extracting purpose from the people and organizations to which she is called. 
 

In terms of her calling, Monique knows that she is called to be an advocate and a change agent to her community and the world. Her business, Vision 2 Launch Consulting Group, is an extension of her calling, and exists to provide services to, and on behalf of, the voiceless, the underrepresented, and those whom the Bible calls "the least of these".
 

With over 14 years of business ownership experience, 8 years of experience in private and public schools and higher education, and a human resources, recruiting, and staffing career that began at The Home Depot corporate office, Monique brings a multifaceted professional background to every client she serves. This background is what shaped her career development expertise.

Monique graduated summa cum laude from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. She also holds a Master of Arts in Communications and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Professional Coach, and Certified Christian Coach through the  Breakthrough Coaching and Leadership Academy, an ICI-accredited program.
